We hired Hardwood Specialists and Craftsman to refinish the wood floor that was underneath our carpet. After the initial consult, we had to delay the job due to some surprises with our floor, and Jeff was accommodating and understanding. Jeff is incredibly professional, friendly, and great to work with. It is important to us every time we look down and appreciate our beautiful floor that we also have positive memories of our experience with Jeff.
