- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are three responses a customer can give when looking at a proposal: Yes, No and WOW! We are only happy when we get a WOW response. We are not the least expensive option upfront but when you consider the quality and service you will receive, there are non better. We are currently the highest and most rated Landscaping Company in the Fox Valley area. We will not disappoint. We charge per job, not per hour. We will create a quote for you based off what you would like done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) First meeting 2) Estimate/design work process (one day to 7 days depending on job) 3) Meet and present estimate. 4) Schedule job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go to seminars and trade shows each year to learn about the latest trends. Although not much really changes in this industry...at least until they come out with a lawnmower that can fly.
