On The Spot Carpet Cleaning is a local, family-owned carpet cleaning business serving residential and commercial customers in Hudson, River Falls, Prescott, Somerset, New Richmond and other communities in western Wisconsin, as well as the east metro Stillwater, Lake Elmo, Afton, Lakeland, Woodbury and the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
Owner and operator Thomas “TC” Clarke started the business 3 years ago on the advice of his 9-year-old son, who said he should start a family business. TC is a Navy veteran with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience and 12 years in the cleaning industry. He has never been afraid to break a sweat.
As a family business, family values are at the heart of our company. TC emphasizes the value of a handshake and looking a person in the eye. He wants to instill that value into his three children.

Tom, and his son Steven, did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in our church that had not been cleaned in years. They got out all the stains and even adhesive residue. The best part is they were able to come in the very next day and get it all done. We will hire them again!

Tom's a great guy. Responded within 30 minutes of my posting. Worked his but off. Did 3 bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs and a full basement in about 2 hours. Carpets look great. Price was right. We'll definitely be calling on his service again.
