- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible, I want the customer to be provide an experience. so I charge 1/3 down when I arrive. 1/3 half thru the project. the rest at completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer needs are different. So I treat every situation as new. Even repeat customer get a new customer experience. We pride I ourselves on presentation.
