Just happened to catch Billy while he was bidding on a gutter installation for a neighbor. I had a small job, I needed to add additional downspouts, including a long segment of 60' with a slope. My point is Billy treated my project with the same respect as a pricier job. I feel confident that he'll be back to replace a composite deck for us.
