Charles was awesome! He walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone to pinpoint the problem and was incredibly helpful in offering a solution. I will absolutely call him again the next time one of my appliances goes on the fritz.

Working with Charles was an amazing experience. After several other technicians wanted to charge me over $360.00++++ Charles took the time to trouble shoot over the phone as much as possible. He gave me notice that he was on his way. Arrived 'spot on', made the diagnostics look easy. Told me the igniter was looking for a good clean (after 10 ys, understandably) and advised to order another igniter to keep as back up since this is the part that most likely go out. His fee to me was well under $100.00. Amazing appliance repair technician to have around!!
