You 100% need to contact CRH Refrigeration if you have any troubles with your refrigerator. He literally solved a problem no other appliance service company could solve, and he did it in less time and for less money than anyone quoted. He's knowledgable, punctual and friendly. He arrived on time. I had several appliances that weren’t working and he checked out each of them, even though I just inquired about the refrigerator. He added Freon to my refrigerator, but told me he didn’t think that would work. He thought the condenser had burned itself out. Which was accurate. He determined that I had accidentally partially shut off the water to the dishwasher under the sink. He turned it back on and my dishwasher is now working. He made sure my over the range microwave had not tripped a breaker and determined that it was, as he put it, “kaput.” I am having him back to install the new one.

Charles was wonderful to work with. We were having issues for months with our fridge/freezer and couldn’t figure out the issue. I reached out to Charles and he responded within an hour, and we set up an appt for two days later. He arrived in time, was able to identify the issue -but didn’t have the fix with him. Charles showed up two hours later with all the materials needed to fix our fridge, and it’s been running perfectly since! After four months of issues, Charles fixed our fridge within four hours. I would highly recommend him for any appliance needs.

We are a small church and have a commercial refrigerator that wasn't working any longer and that we use weekly for community meals. We received a bid from another business and it was so high we decided it would be better to purchase a new one, but then we received an email from Charles who offered to come out and take a look at it before we purchased a new one. He was excellent to work with from the first phone call and through the repair which he was able to do so for less than half of the original quote from the other place! We were extremely impressed and pleased with his excellent customer service!
