Tom was on time and kept in continuous communication. He accidentally damaged a floor transition piece and promptly made arrangements to replace it.

Terrific and friendly service. Floors look better than they ever have (including when they were done 15 years ago by a different contractor). Tom went out of his way to do things right even when it meant a more difficult job for him.

Tom did a great job, and is a nice guy on top of it! The floor looks great. We had many scratches from furniture and dogs, and they are all gone!
