What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to seniors (65+) and to Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you at your home, or virtually as you prefer. I'll review your plans, I'll take measurements, and then I will provide you with a Quote.
I'll collect a non-refundable deposit to reserve a service date. Once the work is completed, I will collect the remaining costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting and installing wallpaper for over 35 years. I was born into a large contracting family and have extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of home construction. I am self-taught and have honed my skills as a paper-hanger over the course of many years and many, many projects. "Close" is never good enough, so I am patient and meticulous with my work, getting it "right" the First time.
