- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no such thing as a one size fits all pricing formula or computer algorithm to estimate jobs. Every job is different and requires years of field experience to accurately assess jobsite conditions and requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them, their ideas and concerns to establish mutual trust,decide if their project is a good fit for the services I provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Never ending apprenticeship doing hundreds of homes at a time and having to fix every mistake I ever made for free, which was quite often, both union and non union. Foreman, superintendent and project manager, 15yrs residential, 17yrs commercial experience.
