We approach every job as a renovation consultant first — our goal is to help you line up your ideas, goals, and priorities into a clear, realistic scope of work. We offer options, explain the tradeoffs, and guide you toward a plan that fits your needs and budget.

Like many in this field, most of our experience comes from doing the work — not just talking about it. We also have licensed lead-safe renovators on staff, and every member of our team is trained in best practices, safety, and professionalism.
