- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multiple different training packages. There is no one size fits all for dogs, every dog is different therefore their training needs are not all the same. To accommodate to this difference my training packages vary from Puppy 101, reactive behavior, loose leash love, fearful fido and the works. In addition to packages I have individual sessions available, consultations and even remote sessions. Pricing is based on the package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I connect with potential clients and provide a quote and recommendation on which training package would best suite their needs. I am more than happy to discuss options via phone call. If additional information is needed or you would like to meet me before getting started we can set up a day and time to meet and decide on which training package would be best. From there we can get started with training; typically aiming for 1 session a week or every other week. At the end of training I provide a packet including a summary of training, additional tips, resources, recommendations and nutritional information.
