- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on the job itself, (not on how long it takes)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I can give a quote I would need to know what the issues are. When they say its broke, Whats broke. Springs, frame, fabric torn,seams open ect. If you would like a quote on reupholstery, I need to know what the item is, if you are providing the fabric, do you want new foam.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for American TV for 20 years doing in home furniture repair. Taught upholstery at M.A.T.C.
