I highly recommend this service. I needed my carpet removed and new flooring put down and they were able to provide both professional services. The communication, and work performed was nothing less than amazing. If, I could off 10 Stars I would based on quality of service at an excellent price. The level of service and quality of work exceeded the amount I paid.

Hello Jan, I am sorry that you feel that way here at Lonestar flooring, we carry ourselves with nothing less than professionalism and quality work. You had chosen me as a lead, after that you did not respond. We usually do not go out and buy the material for you, I usually have my clients do that. I sent you a message offering myself to accompany you to the store to help you pick out your flooring and also to deliver it myself . You read my message and never replied. I sent you another message with a? And you read that as well and still no reply. I gave you a phone call and still no answer so now I decided to send you a message saying that I would appreciate it if you did not hire me to at least let me know so I know whether to fill you in my schedule or not I also said I didn’t appreciate you ignoring me due to the fact that we get charged a fee every time we get a lead. This morning you sent a message saying that you had closed that after you saw my message. I do not think that is fair. We work hard for our money and our business. Worry about people wasting our time or money again I apologize that you feel that way, but please for future reference, if you do not intend to hire anyone so that we can move forward with our day and schedule other clients thank you have a great day
