Fabulous Job!! Pete refurbished an old table that I found at a vintage shop. It was missing the leaves, had a big crack on one side of the top, the inner pulleys and gears needed a tune-up and the whole table needed a fresh coat of paint. He fixed all of these issues and made two beautiful leaves that look like they are original to the table. It truly does not look like the same table!!! It is simply beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Pete was also conscious of the fact that I needed the table finished in early August and he delivered. The table was complete right on time and he did a lot of work in approximately 2 months. Pete is a true craftsman and a really nice guy. If you are in need of any furniture repair - look no further. Pete is the guy for the job.

Pete and crew did a great job on our cabinet modification. He picked up and dropped off. Very professional, and I plan on using him again for some custom furniture. Paul D.

Very satisfied. Hard to find people who will come to your home and repair furniture, in this case it involved replacing a broken recliner release cable. Heirloom Repair also found the correct part, which we were unable to do. Great work at a reasonable cost.

Details: Repair broken furniture • Sofa or loveseat • Wood • Metal • Fabric • $100 - $200 per piece of furniture • The furniture repair professional travels to me

I cannot say enough about the INCREDIBLE job these guys did repairing my furniture!! In 30 minutes flat, these guys came into my apartment & took a large, solid wood armoire that was crumbling & got it back on its feet!! I’m so HAPPY!!! 😀 For over 2 years, I’ve had this big beautiful piece of furniture sitting in my home w/ out it’s leg, & now I can enjoy it again!! Thank you so much! I will be recommending you guys to everyone I know!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pete was fast, thorough, and did a great job assembling a large and heavy executive desk for me. He even added pads to the legs, which were not included in the box. Thanks Pete!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I do many wood repairs for the new construction industry as well as maintenance and upkeep for many retirement communities. Most common restorations are for customers that want to keep that family heirloom and pass it on to future generations.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently repurposed an old broken Balwin piano into a desk/bookcase.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I am here to cut down on the waste in the furniture business. Today's furniture is made as a disposeable comodity. I was raised that you keep what you buy and make it last thru repairs and upkeep.
