Jenn and her lovely ladies are absolute organizing magicians! They first came over to check out our space and talk through what we needed, then came back for two full days and worked their magic. They cleaned, sorted, organized everything, and somehow made sense of our chaos. We even found stuff in the basement we forgot we owned (hello, mystery box from 2009). On top of that, they shared some super helpful tips and tricks to help us keep it all together moving forward. It was a total declutter, a much-needed life reset, and honestly, just what we needed to breathe easier at home. Thank you again, ladies!!! you were a blessing (and also low-key superheroes)!

Pretty Neat Organizers just helped my sister J downsize and move from a large 2-bedroom apartment in northern Wisconsin to a small 1-bedroom apartment in southern Wisconsin. They were amazing!!Six women spent two days with J and me, going through everything in the apartment to help J decide what to take and what to donate to charity. They took the donations to the specific places J wanted to get them, then they packed everything else for the move. Just to add to the complexity fo the process, J had a multi-hour medical test on the 2nd day and needed to rest afterwards.Four women and two of their college-aged sons spent the third day loading the moving truck, then driving the truck and J's car to the southern Wisconsin while J and I drove down in my car. Along the way, they stopped at J's daughter's house to leave things J was giving to her and to pick up a bed for the new apartment.That third day was complex because there were so many categories of items to be transported: items for my car, items for J's car that would stay in J's car, items for J's car that would come into the hotel room where we were spending the night, items for J's daughter, and items for J's new apartment.The same six people then worked on the fourth day to set up the apartment.So how did they do on that ambitious, complex process? They were stellar! They were compassionate in helping J decide what to take and what to donate. They made sure J got to rest when she needed to. As we were leaving to drive south, one of them brought over an afghan and asked if J wanted to take it in the car. (By then they had figured out that J got cold more easily than I do!) They are a fun group and made sure we were having fun through the process. They also worked very hard for four days! They packed everything very carefully, taking the most fragile things in their own cars when we drove south. Only one thing got broken ... and they had already replaced it before we even knew about the problem.Where their talents really shone were in setting up the new apartment. By the time we walked in mid-afternoon on that 4th day, everything was in place. Dishes and groceries were in the kitchen cupboard. Pills were in the medicine cabinet. Soap and shampoo and towels were in the shower. Summer clothes were in the bedroom closet and winter clothes in the utility closet. Pictures were on the walls. Family photos were arranged in the bay window and photos were on the fridge. They had pillows and throws attractively arranged. Everyone who dropped by to meet Jane was amazed at how great the place looked. Our favorite part is that they figured out how to arrange the furniture so J got to have both her desk and our grandfather's beloved barrister bookcase in the apartment; we didn't think there would be room for either, but PNO fit them in with room for J to safely walk around the room with her rollator.For this amazing service, we thought the price was very reasonable.The senior residence J has moved to was so impressed that they asked Jennifer for her card so they can recommend PNO to others moving in. J and I both very highly recommend Pretty Neat Organizers!
