- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both Time and Material as well as quoted pricing options for your job. We do charge $30 for an on-site quote where we will meet with you in-person to discuss you project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin a job for a new customer we take the time to get to know them and what exactly it is they are expecting to see as an outcome to their project. We will work with them to design a system, or new lighting layout that meets both their needs and budget
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our employees has completed a 4 year ABC of Wisconsin apprenticeship program with 10,000+ on the job training hours. our team has a combined 14+ years experience in the electrical and construction fields. Additional training includes arc flash, fire stopping, fall protection, crane rigging and signaling and selective coordination
