- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are straight shooters. We don’t have discounts/etc because that means we were inflating the prices we originally provided just to make it look like you’re getting money off. Home improvement/remodel projects inherently can be unpredictable at times and require great attention to details, so we price each project fairly, based on our estimation of the time and work it will require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls looking for a project to be done, we typically schedule a time for a site visit to discuss the customer’s vision and to help consult with project scope, materials, and overall expectations. If the client wants to move forward we discuss contract options and form one up. Once we receive a signed contract and down payment we will get the work scheduled in our calendar!

Dwelling contractor license. 30+ years of experience.
