Although I've never had to diet and have always been naturally thin, I love being fit -- fit girls rock! I have started running 5ks and eventually want to work my way up to running a tough mudder.
For all this training that I will be doing, it's important to give my body the resources it needs. As I go through this journey, I am eager to give advice to anyone who wants to be in better shape, lose weight or just feel better!
