What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A few things about our pricing: We offer free estimates! Any prices set before we have a chance to see the property are subject to change, but we try to make our online estimates as accurate as we can! We offer discounts for all veterans as a way to say thank you for your service! Just ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process as far as working with a new customer is pretty straight forward. I love to start every conversation with respect and empathy for the customers needs. We love to provide everyone with free estimates to ensure the entire process is nothing but easy and efficient. Once we have agreed on price and frequency, we then either begin the job or have them added to the schedule by our lovely assistant Michelle.
