- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly searching the web to see what the newest styles are and working at home to try and conquer them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've known that I wanted to decorate and bake since I was in middle school. I used to watch the food network all the time whenever I was at my grandmother's house (she had cable). When I got into high school I immediately took culinary as one of my electives. That is where I found out about JWU. I also took some culinary classes at a local technical college while I was in high school in order to further my education on the subject. I've been baking for my friends and family ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say birthday cakes are what I am most requested for. Usually buttercream, but sometimes I get to play around with fondant as well.
