Established in 1994, we serve a growing need for a professional property management company that specializes in residential and commercial properties. Our exclusive business is the: management, leasing and advertisement of single-family homes, condominiums, duplexes, apartment buildings, vacation homes, in addition to the management of estate(s) and condominium associations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In regards to Association Management- The board should met with a client and see what type of services and support they offer. They should understand the financial steps the property manager will handle and what type of reporting functions will be completed. A strong financial and mechanical capabilities for a property manager are critical. In regards to Rental Management, suggest the landlord look into the "Tenant Selection Criteria" and what the Rental Manager is doing or going to do to find you an excellent tenant. I too would look at their financial capabilities and support.
