Precision Sports ordered the needed parts to fix my Precor elliptical and updated me on status of repair request. They promptly scheduled repair when parts came in. Ryan was very professional - arrived on time, thoroughly checked equipment and replaced an additional worn belt that I didn't know was damaged while he was here. I highly recommend Precision Sports for exercise equipment repair.

The guys came and they quickly and correctly out together my treadmill. When they were finished they made sure the treadmill was working before they left and I appreciate that. I’d recommend them.

My crew consisted of Chuck and Jason. They are both built like Packer defensive linemen, which came in handy on this job.
They quickly disassembled, moved, and reassembled a heavy, steel weight machine. One part weighed 220 lbs. They ran into several challenges, like an important set screw that was corroded and stuck. Jason MacGuyver-ed his way past this hiccup and successfully completed the move. Way to go guys!
Very pleased and satisfied with Precision Sports Services. The two gentlemen who came to set up our treadmill were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They even made a recommendation for a better site for the treadmill than we had originally planned on. Would not hesitate to utilize their services again. Highly recommend.

Great service and reasonable price. 2 Crews (1 disassembled our old hoop and poured the new base & 1 installed new hoop 2 days later) were professional on time and called ahead to give an exact time. Very satisfied.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to standardize our pricing as much as possible to make it easier for us to quote out projects and make it as simple a process for the customer. Almost all our jobs are quoted and can be quoted as a standard price per job. If there happens to be any potential of additional charges, that is explained to each customer prior to doing the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first need to know what the job would entail. What is the product that needs to be serviced and what needs to be done. The more info the better, to allow for us to quote out the job quickly and accurately. Once that is taken care of we contact the customer to schedule the job. We have email and phone notifications that go out to the customer to remind them of their service date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Basically, I worked at a sporting goods store when I was in college. I saw a need to provide this service to our customers and tried to implement it at the store I worked at. Luckily, my manager at the store trusted me enough to allow me to provide the service. I did my best to be as professional as possible and I was able to provide the service to all the stores in the area. From there I branched out to other stores and tried to expand my knowledge and services as much as possible.
