Willing to take on a small job. Took the time to do it right, and completed the job for the quoted price (even though it took a little longer than expected). Good quality result.

Mike, of ROC Construction LLC does outstanding work. Our home is 117 years old. It's a fine old home that has "evolved" as it has aged. Thus said, it's not exactly perfectly square in places. Mike of ROC Construction has been brilliantly creative at coaxing and nudging our new woodworking to fit and conform to the seasoned shape of the house. The final results are beautiful.

We hired him to put in the woodwork for our newly remodeled kitchen. He purchased the wood for us and dropped it off so I could stain and/or paint it. Once the material was ready, he showed up daily to do the job. He kept in touch and we always knew when he would be here.

Mike is respectful, tidy, honest, creative, and very knowledgeable of his craft with reasonable rates. We will definitely be calling him again in the future as we continue to update our home. We highly recommend him for your remodel projects. You won't be sorry you hired him.

Mike and team of ROC strived to keep the original look when replacing soffit and trim on 3 season porch of our 1899 Victorian home. They were able to find the exact match of reclaimed pieces to replace rotted molding. They provided extras including replacing rafter ends and painting finished product to match.
Finished product turned out excellent.

Mike responded right away when I made a thumbtack inquiry, needing some painting done. He was here before I knew it, on time and ready to paint. Mike is professional and easy to work with, kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again.

Michael redid my bathroom baseboard trim and finished off my bare windows. He was very precise and meticulous with adding the casing around and inside the windows and was able to get my curled up vinyl bathroom floor smoothed out after adding some quarter round in front of my bathroom cabinet. The base board trim was also done very well. He is very detail orientated and take pride in his work. I would highly recommend him. Here is a picture of the windows ( unpainted in this pic) after and a picture of windows a few months ago (most recent pic)
