- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront with all pricing and typically give estimates for all projects before they start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical project starts with a phone call. Depending on the project, an in-home meeting is necessary to see the details and meet in person. This allows us to view the project and dial in the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully licensed as a Contractor in the state of Wisconsin along with years of on the job experiences
