Hi my awesome great customers it’s been a while since I have been on here now I’m back. I’ve been working on my Master Degree. TL;DR: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐They were so amazing, professional, and respectful! I feel like they saved my life but really it's my sanity they saved and gave me peace of mind in the situation I was dealt. Don't think twice to hire them. I will be a returning customer if I need their help again. Now for the long review: Let me start off by saying I was so desperate for a professional cleaner, it wasn't even funny. I recently moved on 9/11 into a room that I'm renting out of a house (rent is too expensive to get my own place). The room I took over was the owner's son's room. I thought it would be clean but no! There were various stains of different colors, all different types of hair covered the floor, and other little things including eyelash pieces 🤢. However...the biggest shocker was finding a used condom hiding behind a curtain! 😭 I WAS MORTIFIED to say the least! I am a germaphobe and this was affecting me on a whole nother level. 🙅‍♀️ I wanted to move! I was so uncomfortable in that filthy room! I went back and forth with the owner on the cleanliness of the room and requested she pick up the condom (this shouldn't even be something someone has to ask for 😫). The owner would not be back until 9pm (I moved in around 10:30am) but said she would do the best she could. 😳 I offered to get a professional cleaner if she would reimburse me and she agreed but at 10:05pm 🤦‍♀️ on a Saturday. I went and stayed elsewhere for the night while I frantically searched up and down for a professional cleaner that would be available on a SUNDAY and on such short notice! This was the only company that thumbtack suggested for me which made me feel even more panicked. It didn't even list other options. I quickly sent them my plea for help, practically begging, willing to take any time available if they could come on a sunday. I also messaged other professional cleaners not on thumbtack. No one was available to come on a Sunday with such short notice EXCEPT for MacGamble Cleaning LLC. MacGamble Cleaning LLC saved my life! 😭 I was freaking out so bad over the nastiest room I had ever seen. This was supposed to be my own little space of mine and I couldn't imagine spending another minute in that room. It made me want to cry. I sent videos and pictures to my friends, one of who, is studying to become a lawyer and they all said the same thing. The lawyer one was suggesting I seek legal action for misrepresentation. When I tell you the room was bad, it was BAD! 😫😭 MacGamble Cleaning LLC gave me a MORE than reasonable quote and agreed to come at 1pm on a sunday. I got there a bit before them to move furniture out of the room and to my UTTER DISBELIEF, the owner left the condom there! 😟🤯😠 Oh...my...gosh...I felt terrible and angry! I definitely notified Veronica and Jessica (my professional cleaning team who were on their way) that it was STILL there and apologized! They addressed it immediately upon arrival in the most professional manner. They took great, even EXCELLENT, care of me and this room. There were other tenants in the house who work the night shift and sleep during the day. I asked the girls if they could try to be quiet but still do the cleaning that they need to do, just with the bedroom door closed. I can't imagine how hot it was in the room but they were so respectful and told me it wasn't a problem. They spoke in very quiet voices for the rest of the service and worked with the bedroom door closed. They really did some magic with the carpet too, getting out almost every single stain. There were a couple of pink spots that seemed to be stubborn but they truly did an amazing job. They even soaked some of the stains, gave it some time, and then scrubbed them to get them out. This was on top of using a machine to deep clean the carpet. They went above and beyond (especially with grabbing that used condom. I shall have nightmares 😭). I have ZERO complaints whatsoever. I am incredibly thankful for them. They truly restored my peace. I feel like I can live peacefully and breathe again. 😊 I included some before and after photos so you could see for yourself!

I hired Veronica and team to clean and straighten up my apartment They came on time (15 minutes early, actually!) and cleaned up the whole place very thoroughly in less than 90 minutes! Top notch!
