North Tone Systems is an amazing host. I have been hosting several sites with them for a number of years. They don't just offer a place to host your website, but are there to help you along the way. No matter the issue, big or small, they will be there to make sure your site is up and running they way you need it to be. They are always available to help, even on holidays. Truly amazing people.

Brite Bytes really helped us out of a jam. Brad and his crew helped us with our website that had been hacked. Cleaned it up, made some improvements, and moved all of our content to their network to host us. Things run so much smoother now! Thank you Brad!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently offer 90 free trial on all shared, business, reseller, and email hosting plans. No upfront payment, no credit card needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in computer science. All technicians are certified in Linux server administration, and various other certifications.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 1997 I was doing IT work for a business that wanted to start a website. I helped them get that up and running, but quickly found that the majority of hosting companies were awful at best. My business partner and I felt we could do it better, so we started hosting our own sites and things took off from there.
