- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an hourly rate, but we give discounts when the event exceeds 3 hr, we always send a quote depending on the details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client sends the details of your event or session, we communicate with you, listen to your ideas and send a quote. Depending on the event (such as weddings, corporate events or large parties) we make a 30% charge to set aside the date, we also send contract where we are responsible for doing the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is advertising professional, with a degree from Unapec University, we constantly conduct training workshops with photography and video to serve the most professional and quality work.
