I can not explain how great her classes are. She's one of the most complete yoga teachers I've had. She eases into the poses, which is great to prevent injuries, but also when you're not warm yet. I just love her!

Typically $65/hour. Happy to meet with you beforehand, discuss your needs and goals and obstacles, and see if you are a fit. If not, I can often refer you to someone else in my hive of contacts.

AAS in Humanities and Communication, College of the Redwoods BS in Health and Wellness Management, UW-Stevens Point Licensed massage therapist in State of WI Precision Nutrition certified level 1 CPR/AED and Lifeguard certifications personal training, TRX and pilates certifications pending
