We use the patented VonSchrader low moisture air cell extraction method for cleaning carpet and upholstery. That means your carpet and furnishings don't get saturated and dry much faster! We charge by the hour and currently are running a 40% off promotion bring the rate to $65.40 per hour for the first 2 hours and $59.40 per hour for any remaining work. 1 1/2 hour minimum. With an hourly rate all considerations are taken into account such room size, furniture moving, pre-vacuuming and soiling conditions. Usually with a few details we can give you a ball park estimate on your project. ( pet stains will charge extra and the charges are dependent on the severity. )

Arrived on time. Did a good job getting carpets clean. Went above and beyond by fixing pet spots. Did it for a fair price. I liked that his service uses less water than others. I'll be calling him again next time I need my carpets cleaned.
