Introduction: I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Weight Loss Specialist. My philosophy is that the root of success lies in the quality of a daily routine. Any program can score temporary wins, but long lasting weight management, health and fitness come from strong habits that are practiced daily. I lost over 80 pounds and have kept it off for over a year. Personal Training

Michael was amazing! I needed someone to hold me accountable to the plan we created and he did more than what I expected. We communicated every day on goals, status, updates, weight, etc. I learned so much about myself, my body and the way I look at food. Michael listened very well to understand my desires and mutually align on achievable goals. He also helped me through some dietary challenges along the way, like “eat this not that”. He always remained professional and was in no way judgmental, which led to a very important comfortable trust. The results are life changing. Not to sound cliche, but it's true. Michael sets everything out in front of you and arms you with the knowledge that you'll need.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The best thing about my pricing is they include a service. Anyone can print a program and send you on your way. M plans all come with daily/weekly one on one support and communication for motivation and continued success.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First of all we have a quick 5-10 minute assessment call to find out your goals and then we find the right plan that fits those goals. Next we set up a plan option that fits your lifestyle. Then in about 24 hours I give you your personal plan that utilizes your abilities and access to equipment to execute your plan. We stay in contact daily/weekly to asses progress and examine any adjustments that might be needed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified through National Association of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer (CPT), nutrition coach (CNC), and Weight Loss Specialist (WLS). I have researched over 3000 hours of diet , nutrition and training as well as seeing these practices work on myself and my clients for 2 years.
