Michael was amazing! I needed someone to hold me accountable to the plan we created and he did more than what I expected. We communicated every day on goals, status, updates, weight, etc. I learned so much about myself, my body and the way I look at food. There was I day where I said I had enough. I needed to lose weight but at 51 I was worried that wasn’t going to happen. Until I met Michael. He introduced me to understanding it’s about the foods and not just the exercise. But foods I could love with and still have days to eat popcorn too! I have to tell you that I have been maintaining my weight. My original goal from 230 was 190 (40lbs). You were my inspiration. I worked hard. But it wasn’t that HARD. Just eating properly and proportionately. So now I started this journey in Feb. 16weeks later I hit that goal of 190. The stretch goal was 185. I’m eating normal and I’m now telling you that I weigh 174lbs! I went from an XL shirt to Medium/Large. It’s a great feeling and this summer is going to be great again. Thank you Michael for all your help. My regimen consisted of chicken tuna and some hamburger. But 90% was chicken. I had protein shakes morning lunch and dinner. 1800 calories and 156g protein daily. You helped me so much. I just wanted to thank you.
