Urban Electric was prompt, delivered quality work and supplies, and were flexible in working around my schedule. Very professional and polite. I had a sauna that needed a dedicated outlet with wiring going from the basement to the second floor. We were very concerned about damage to the walls and how to get it up there . The owner told me there are ways to work around that and they would try to do that if possible They found a way and you can’t even tell the house wasn’t built with that originally installed. They made sure I was happy with the entry results (which I am thrilled). Another thing I really liked about Urban Electric, is that when they want to buy supplies for my job, they noticed that the total was a lot higher than usual. So they returned the supplies that were high and found product that was just as good for a much lower price. I really appreciate that they saved me money. I would definitely use them again!
