- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our philosophy is to take a consultant approach. We will work with you to determine exactly the kind of web and mobile presence makes the most sense for your business, then we will make that happen. Our goal is to make the process of getting a shining web and mobile presence as simple as possible and we walk you through each step of the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this work because a friend of mine years ago needed a website for a business. At the time I honestly had no idea what I was doing, but I decided to dive in and found that I absolutely loved the unique challenges of website design.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a company or person whose work you like and who you are comfortable working with, as you will be doing a fair bit of talking with them. Ultimately you want someone who you know will be dedicated to YOUR business and who truly wants to help you shine online.
