We own a rental property and had to get the carpet done very quickly.
They were able to make it the next day and the carpet almost looks new. They got rid of the awful pet smell and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

Zoey, I apologize for the situation, but we do have a protocol that we require phone confirmation from each customer before we can release a truck for the job. We made several phone calls to you to get your confirmation, and you never responded to us to confirm your appointment, so we were unable to release the truck. We ask all of our customers to confirm their appointments by phone for the sake of saving us time and money in the case that an appointment falls through, and we were not able to do so with you after multiple attempts.
