This is a Five Star operation all the way around.
This was a big project, with literally every wall and ceiling in the house painted and all of the walls skim-coated to get rid of knockdown texture.
The skim coating was especially impressive (many painting companies we contacted wouldn't even try). The walls are now perfectly smooth. In addition, Five Star painted all of our honey oak trim, which was everywhere (baseboards, door jambs, window frames, stair bannister, fireplace mantel, etc.), and all of our honey oak doors, too.
My wife and I were blown away by the results. Our walls are perfect and the honey oak trim is white, transforming our house from a 1996 look into something closer to 2026.
The painters and Jay, the project manager, were awesome to work with throughout. As with all large projects, there were a few changes from the original specs, and Five Star handled them easily. Oh, and they left the house cleaner than they found it.
We highly recommend Five Star Painting.

Although we had to wait for Spring to arrive and for the weather to cooperate, Five Star showed up on time and made quick work of our shutters. Their worker was extremely nice and did a great job.
