I am a certified Svaroopa® yoga teacher, CSYT 500, and yoga therapist 700+.
I offer:
* Group and Individual Yoga Classes
* Private Session: Yoga Therapy for Treating Pain
* Private Session: Embodyment® Yoga Therapy - Gentle Therapeutic Modality
* Half-Day Workshops (2,3 or 4 hours) - Deeper Yoga Practice
Class duration is 90 minutes, and therapy is 60 minutes.
I teach Svaroopa® style yoga, a transformative yoga that dissolves inner tensions and releases physical, psychological and emotional discomfort. (Therapies are individual sessions, and cost $60-$75 per session.)
