What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with a lot of people who are on a tight budget, so I tend to give pricing for an entire job instead of hourly, I do not mind taking extra time to make sure a project is perfect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually give an estimate over the phone, then confirm the quote upon a home visit to see what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed under my father building homes, and did work with a sub contractor installing appliances and vent work.
