What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our salesman meets with potential clients at their location to discuss the services they are looking for. The next time they will meet in our office where we take a look at options and discuss materials etc. for their project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My affinity for construction began with summer jobs through high school, and led me to survey and architecture roles in the US Marines. From there, I spent 15 years in the mortgage and home-rehab fields. I created VKB homes to give homeowners an alternative to cookie-cutter construction and run-of-the-mill remodeling.
