Matt was very knowledgeable and also open to my ideas. Promptly set up time to do the work, identified deeper issues requiring additional work, communicated promptly and did what it took to get the job done. All that in spite of horrible un- spring like Wisconsin weather. It was exterior work. Very satisfied, will use him again if needed. Super nice guy too.

I am very pleased with working with LCM Contracting. Matt was very responsive throughout the entire process which I am so appreciative of. He was quick to come over and review the project and send me an estimate as well as answer questions. This project was for replacing outside porch posts and he kept me updated on when they would come as the weather was not cooperating (heavy rain for several days). They were prompt on arriving when they said they would and got the new posts installed and I’m thrilled knowing an old 100+ year old side porch has new steady support! I would use LCM again and appreciate their timely communication and thoroughness on the job.
