Our Service Plans for cleaning are based around the individual need. However, we do offer the following basic plans: -Our Standard and Premium Hourly Plans are based on an hourly rate, with a prioritized list. -We also offer a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly standard cleaning plan with a set price based on a walk through quote.

We hired Emerald Mastercraft to do a move out cleaning. With twins under 6 months old cleaning had fallen way behind. Our unit was a total mess. Emerald Mastercraft did an amazing job and got it looking amazing. They were even able to remove a really bad stain in the tub that came from a slow faucet leak we were unaware of that had built up for almost two months once we moved out! Tho they were a little judgmental about the cleanliness I still absolutely give them 5 stars.

These two lovely ladies did an exceptional job cleaning my basement. I was beyond pleased with their work and their can-do attitude. My basement went from scary place I hated to go to a perfectly presentable place as I am getting my house ready for sale. Thank you!

Amazing job completed. We had the team over to do a move out clean. With a new baby, a dog and a cat our place was in bad shape. The ladies worked hard and made the place spotless. Highlights: the tub and the appliances looked brand new. Thank you so so much!

They have a very good system to schedule and follow up with appoints. Cleaning crew showed up in time. They did a very good job cleaning the place ( move out total cleaning ). Would definitely consider to use them again.

We give the most value through suggestions, insight, knowledge, and completing work to exceed expectations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Construction: 1 - Start by looking at the job and getting a good idea of what the customer is looking for in budget, scope of work, etc. 2 - We draw up a full proposal. 3 - If the proposal is satisfactory, with a down payment the work begins and never stops till completion. Progress payments are needed for larger projects. Full payment is expected when the project is complete and satisfactory.

Remodeling and building homes and commercial buildings from the ground up to finish for 25 years. Experienced professional cleaners with decades of experience and knowledge.
