Our Service Plans for cleaning are based around the individual need. However, we do offer the following basic plans: -Our Standard and Premium Hourly Plans are based on an hourly rate, with a prioritized list. -We also offer a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly standard cleaning plan with a set price based on a walk through quote.

Emerald Mastercraft were very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I felt bad because my last tenants left the house in a complete mess, but they took on the challenge and were very professional. They were up front with costs, and throughout the cleaning day sent me before and after pictures. They were able to get my house completely cleaned and carpets cleaned during the one visit.

We give the most value through suggestions, insight, knowledge, and completing work to exceed expectations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Construction: 1 - Start by looking at the job and getting a good idea of what the customer is looking for in budget, scope of work, etc. 2 - We draw up a full proposal. 3 - If the proposal is satisfactory, with a down payment the work begins and never stops till completion. Progress payments are needed for larger projects. Full payment is expected when the project is complete and satisfactory.

Remodeling and building homes and commercial buildings from the ground up to finish for 25 years. Experienced professional cleaners with decades of experience and knowledge.
