- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices for events typically start at $500 and increase from there depending on the type of event, length of time needed for the event, detail in preparation, and distance traveled. Our price quotes include the use of all of our equipment. Karaoke charges would start at $275 and go from there depending on location and length of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with a new customer in person to discuss the event, find out what they want, and become familiar with each other. We will answer any of their questions, ask a few of our own, provide them with options included in our service and discuss pricing. We like to get a feel of their personal preferences and make sure we all understand the details before proceeding with a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of prior experience with DJ and karaoke performing. I discontinued for a period of 9 years and in that time remarried. My husband and I have started a team business with a very nice system that we are both confident in operating. My husband ran his own computer business and is familiar with programing and operations of the equipment used in our business. Together we make a great team and offer our customers a pleasant experience and the abiity to make ther own choices in planning their events.
