I called to schedule an air conditioning check. I have to say, its refreshing working with a company that everyone I encountered had positive attitudes & an overall sense of competence. Dona works in the office & was kind and courteous. I didnt feel rushed or like I was just a number. This feeling of being respected continued at the appointment. I was absolutely impressed by the respect for my home by wearing shoe covers inside & laying down an entry way mat to catch outside debris. Shawns knowledge of HVAC is impressive! Not only did he take his time to inspect our entire HVAC system (I thought I was just getting an AC tune up, so that was a pleasant surprise!) but he also took the time to explain the issues he found & answered my many questions with patience and understanding. After presenting several options for us to proceed with maintenance/ future repairs, I felt really confident in my decision to call them & have them take care of my home.

Shawn did a wonderful job installing a humidifier for my furnace. He is the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendly tech I have ever had. Aire Serv was a pleasure to book with. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. I will definitely keep Aire Serv as my HVAC servicer.

We took advantage of their Spring Tune-Up Promotion because we've had issues with our shop AC unit in the past and we couldn't pass up the deal. I am SO glad we did!! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but they discovered that our unit was running inefficiently and they recommended steps we can take to get it up to peak performance. This is AFTER a very large local business told us there was nothing wrong with our unit!! Seriously, do.yourself a favor and check them out!!
