- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge on a time and materials basis. Prices vary based upon the complexity of work that is being delivered. $65-$120 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a free introductory call to learn about the project. When the agreement to proceed has been made we collect a modest retainer for further research/conceptual phase on the project usually (20-40 hours) depending on the project. We will then bring our concepts to the customer for a decision on which to proceed with and the we collect another retainer for the next 20-40 hours of work, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 100 years of combined experience. We have Mechanical Design Engineers, Certified CAD Draftsmen, Industrial Designers, FEA Structural Analysts, and Technical Writing/Documentation professionals on staff full-time.
