FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every job is different and tailored to meet the customers specific needs, a standard pricing rubric is not possible. We offer free consultations for any job, no matter how big or small. In most cases, we are able to provide personalized proposals less than 48 hours after inquiries are made. Every proposal has the final price broken down into clear, easy to understand categories. We want our clients to know exactly what they are paying for when they use our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For holiday and Landscape lighting, our process starts with a free consultation with the client. During the consultation, we figure out lighting style preferences and color choices. From there, we send out a proposal to be accepted. After the proposal is accepted, we purchase, install, and in the case of holiday lights, remove and store the product until the following year. Our process provides a hassle free hands-off experience for our clients. For wedding and special event lighting, we work hands-on with the client and third party planners to make sure that our additions flow seamlessly into the overall venue and style. Beginning with a free consultation, we discuss mood, color, setting, and the venue in order to help create the perfect space. We then work with the client to finalize a proposal. After it is accepted, we purchase or rent the display, install, remove, and store all products for a hassle free experience. We encourage an open dialog throughout the entire process to ensure that the dreams and expectations of all of our clients are met and exceeded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team leaders have had extensive training from the industries best. We frequent seminars and lighting conferences all year in order to stay ahead and on top of the ever changing technological advancements of the lighting field. Our designers have a thorough mastery of the elements of design, acquired from both rigorous academic study and extensive work in the field.
