Rudy & His team just left my house this morning after putting the finishing touches on the exterior of my home. I am beyond ecstatic with the way my house looks. They did a fantastic job. My 1922 stucco was full of cracks and peeling paint, everywhere. They took the time to fill and patch thoroughly. They replaced old rotted wood window sills, patched holes in my porch, replaced some rotted wood, and even offered to fix a broken wood banister. They were not the lowest bid I received for the job, but they were the team who would complete the job in the safest manner. I have a new baby and was very concerned about the tons of peeling lead paint everywhere. They have a vacuum tool attached to their sanders that captures the lead resulting in a minimum of dust around the property. At the end of every day, my property was cleaner than when they got here. They really do take the time to clean up. No dust to bother the neighbors, dirty your car or poison your baby! Their higher price (I didn't say highest) is worth the peace of mind you will get with the care they take to remediate lead in a safe manner. As an owner of a real fixer-upper, I have worked with many contractors of all types. A lot of them are flaky, or seem to be doing you a favor by returning your calls. StallionPainting and Home Improvements, on the other hand are very customer-service oriented. They return calls quickly, show up on time, send you really detailed quotes, and overall have a lot of communication throughout the process. Stallion Painting & Home Improvements, did alot of work on our home. They were very professional, detailed, and thorough. they were very polite, neat and tidy on the job and always on time. They even had creative ideas and advise that we appreciated and used. I would highly recommend them for any job. We had them paint, put in Allure flooring and kitchen cabinets, that he added his own special touch to! I love it!!!!
