he showed up right at 8:00 p.m. like you said you would got directly to work got the leaks fixed put the new valves on tested everything to make sure everything was fine and he was out of there it was very efficient and spectacular

Eugene was excellent from start to finish! He was extremely professional, responded quickly, and came out right away. Before starting any work, he explained what he believed the problem was and gave me the price upfront, so there were no surprises.
He got the job done quickly and efficiently, and afterward he took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and explain what he did to fix it. I really appreciated his honesty, communication, professionalism, and how quickly he handled everything.
It’s hard to find someone who shows up when they say they will, does quality work, communicates clearly, and charges exactly what was discussed beforehand. I would absolutely recommend Eugene to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need plumbing work in the future. 10/10!
