- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
40 dollar bench fee; that is, to look at it and find the problem. If the problem is expensive, the initial bench fee I charge will be included in the final costs. If it's a hardware upgrade you want, you pay for the part/s and an additional 50 dollars for the single upgrade. If it's multiple upgrades, I like to give additional discounts. For example : If you want an additional hard drive, as well as more memory installed, you pay for the parts. And instead of charging 100 dollars for both, i will only charge around 85. That's a rough estimate, but that's the general thesis of my pricing.

I want customers to know that I will always be honest and fair in my work.
