To be honest, I was a bit skeptical of all the positive reviews, but after today, I'm convinced. Maceo arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem on my mom's PC (ugly anti-virus program that would not load and blocked her Internet connection. He replaced it with a better program, and then did the same for my pc and laptop, and refused to accept anything more than the original quote. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgable, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Too bad he doesn't build PCs, as I'd surely be a customer. As it is, I will probably using his services again.

Maceo did a great job with my computer and it was pretty messed up when he got it. He was very patient and understanding when it came to fixing it and he nailed it. I highly recommend Maceo to to fix your computer.

Reliable, responsible and great job. Maceo took the time to analyze and fix my problem in less than a day. Even when I thought my laptop wasn't working, he stopped over again. It was actually an update.

Windows 10 overwhelmed my computer's hard drive and froze me out. Maceo quickly undid the update and restored my computer programming. He was extremely professional and polite explaining each step he was doing rather than talking down to me in condescending manner that some IS techs can do.
