We had a great experience with Midwest, from Mike’s communication to the excellent tech, James. He was punctual, professional, and very willing to resolve problems that arose with a thermostat replacement and boiler check due to a tight space and pump issue. He worked to solve the issues and kept us informed. He was even cool with our toddler grandson playing the piano where he was working! :) We will definitely hire them again.
