We needed to have our wired smoke alarms changed and a new alarm placed in an area that did not have one. In addition, an outside flood light fixture needed replacement. We had agreed on the cost verbally. When the copy of the work order was sent, I noticed that the outside light was not mentioned. Being busy, I forgot to call him. His team came and fixed what was on the work order, and we asked about the fixture replacement. Very promptly, the next day, the team came back and replaced the fixture. I am very pleased that he kept his verbal agreement.
